How do you feel when you're in nature? What I appreciate about Missing Melody are the various scenes in the sim that evoke a range of emotions for me, including wonder, peace, contentment, and relaxation.

I've visited Missing Melody a few times this week, and certainly find this to be such a poignant and accurate description:
"What is a Missing Melody? It’s that song in your head that you can’t get out but not sure how it really goes. It’s that temptation you want to have in your life so you can fight to resist. It’s that place in your heart that is always waiting."

I'm not certain why pixelated water and boats have such a calming effect on me, but I believe it's because I love and am drawn to the coast in real life. I find it to be a captivating place, where the waves can be serene and gentle one day, and turbulent and rough the next. Where we see the peace and power to be found in nature.

I am also captivated by the animals and their playful behavior present in the scene. We are merely guests here, and they add a lively atmosphere. I feel a bit like I'm disrupting their mischievous schemes, particularly those of the sea gulls and the geese.
I started this post by reflecting on my feelings when I'm in nature and in Missing Melody. If you visit, what captivates you the most? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this or other beautiful SL locations.
